Halloween Mickey Popcorn Bucket

For the record, I was at Disneyland on Friday morning, and a CM at a popcorn cart said they were probably getting the Mickey buckets Oct. 5th.

I think VictoriaAndMatt's Photobucket album is holding her Halloween photos hostage in bandwidth jail, so that photo of hers that I posted earlier - the one of the cute Halloween bag - is no longer showing....or at least it won't show up until Photobucket makes the photos visible again next month. It was showing when I first posted it - and I think dreamin_disney was able to see it before it disappeared.

But now it just looks like I posted a Photobucket "Bandwidth Exceeded" image!!

Hopefully, Jory29 has another photo of that bag that can be posted here?

Interesting.... I was told also on Friday that they would be in Oct. 1st. Guess I'll have to go both days, 'cause I reeeeeeeeeally want one.

I went to DL today and I exchanged my defective Mickey bucket for a good one. I got it at City Hall and the CM brought one out for me from the back. I was told that they pulled all of them from the ODV carts in the park and they are only doing exchanges at this time. I was told that they are expecting to sell them again on or after October 4th. The CM was so nice and she also gave me a $10 voucher towards any restaraunt or ODV at DL.

I went to City Hall during magic morning on Saturday to ask about the bucket. The CM said they should be back in Oct. As I was walking down Main st. I heard someone calling to me and it was the CM chasing me down holding a Mickey ghost bucket! She said there was one in the back and she wanted me to have it (I guess she didn't know they were for exchange only). I had to take it back to the hotel soon after because everywhere we went people were asking where I got it.

We just got back from 3 night stay at Grand Californian. Were told on 10/1 that the Mickey popcorn buckets wouldn't be available until 10/5. To my surprise on the night of 10/2 found the Mickey popcorn buckets for sale (by Soarin), by the next afternoon they were sold out. The CM told us that it would be a couple of weeks for the next availability. Not sure if this is correct, as at the beginning of our trip we were told they wouldn't be available until 10/5. I guess it is a hit and miss kind of thing.
