Halloween Horror Nights USH

Will be doing one day at Universal Studios mid-Sept at the beginning of our Disneyland vacation. Planning on Sunday [15th], I think it will be a HHN event night, so what time will regular guests be kicked out? Will the park be busy during the day? [tickets from Universal says it $144 that day] Any helpful info is appreciated.

On HHN nights the Theme Park closes to day guests at 6pm with attraction queues closing at 5:30pm and the escalators to the Lower Lot close to day guests at 5:15pm. You can also expect Super Nintendo World to close early to day guests around the same time the Lower Lot escalators close.

Sundays tend to be very busy at Universal. Days where HHN takes place that night, the park tends to get extremely busy after 2pm as that is when the Day/Night combo ticket holders are allowed to enter the park.
