I have not done the beer tasting yet but we did do the tequila tasting last time, that taught me that you get what you pay for. No more cheap tequila for me.

I am COMPLETELY on board for doing that. I wanted to last cruise, but I was seasick for a couple of days & as astonishing as it may sound to those who know me, tequilla did not sound amusing at all!

Awol, welcome back. Cool pictures. I would have loved going to the BBC. My favorite show is The Office and I know it originated in England. Do you travel anywhere else in Europe for business?

Thanks! The BBC was really cool. This was my first "business" trip with this company. However, there are threats of travel to places like India and Singapore.

Well, if it's anything like the last cruise, the sessions will take place daily either on aft deck 7 or in Diversions (best beer selection). Are you going to do any of the official tastings this time around? I really enjoyed the beer tastings on our cruise and actually learned a few things too (against my will).

Well.. the travelling party and I have decided on our halloween costumes for this fun cruise... since there are 7 of us, we are going as the dwarfs! Hopefully we can find snow white on board for a photo op! I got my passporter and WOW! A lot of info! I have enjoyed reading it and we are all getting more and more excited!

Very fun idea! Snow White is usually with Dopey for pictures. I have one of the kids with them from Sept/Oct cruise. Love it.
Still haven't come up with anything solid for costumes. Also still debating about pirate night. Last year we went all tropical ( Cameron did have on a pirate T and a pirate necklace under his button down). I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be pulling off the whole pirate look. I'll have to start checking out more costumes on line.
The passporter is fabulous. I ordered the newest edition on Amazon due out in April.
Anybody reading something fantastic right now? I'm reading The Red Tent and I just ordered In the Company of the Courtesan. Sounded good. I love historical books. Did anyone read The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova? So great. It's about Vlad the Impaler (Dracula). Sounds like a weird book but I would suggest anyone who likes to read to review it on line it's not exactly just about Dracula. I actually was frightened when I shut the lights out at night, I loved it!!

He will be on EWTN (Eternal Word Television Network) tonight at 9pmEST. I don't get the channel on my TV, but I watch a live feed on my computer. Check him out, he's amazing!!

My word Fran.......must be a BIG school if you have 115 six year olds!!!!! My kid's school averages 22/23 students per class, 3 classes per grade. How many classes does each grade have in your school?
