Halloween after hours

With tax and exchange....just over $600. I'm a little sick about it. That's for 4 "adult" tickets since my kids are 11 and 14. I told them they have to eat $500 US worth of ice cream, popcorn and beverages while we are there.
Bring a cooler back pack to take some to go. Last AH we went to, the cast members were purposely off loading popcorn boxes into our arms as we were leaving. We put the popcorn into ziplock bags back at the hotel. We ate popcorn all week.

Just bought tickets for August from the MDE app! Super easy and quick!!!

Are you driving or flying in August? I am so nervous to purchase anything Christmas related until there is clear guidance on the border. I feel like flights will be changing all of the time until that messaging is finalized from the Govt.

Flying....was going to drive to the US and fly from there.....but I suspect we may have to fly out of Canada. I'm a nervous wreck to say the least. The past 18 months working in healthcare with no time off have been hard...having this to look forward to and plan has been my saving grace!

Don’t forget to have them make sure they get about 5+ lbs of candy each as well 🤣🤣

Our let AH we went back to our room with almost 10 bottles of sprite, we were good for the rest of the week 😂

Okay, I was ballparking for four adults $700 CDN. I would be picking a Tuesday night (this is for Xmas), so likely the $129 or $139 range.

Edit to add: I was going to use my Dream miles through the Personal Shopper for tickets, but if we needed to get a refund (if that was even possible) it might be easier to deal directly with Disney/credit card for that vs. Air Miles.

I think my heart just stopped thinking about that LOL I also want to go to Cirque as rumours have it opening around the fall. That will be ANOTHER $700!

Disney is not cheap... even without the extra stuff :( I'd pay with a credit card if you can in this case, I don't think they are refundable so you wouldn't be able to get AM back.

I booked 8/17 for 2 of us after seeing 8/10 sell out. As long as the hotel and 14 day quarantine end we are going. It's the only thing we're in for that's nonrefundable although I did get money back for an after hours event once in the past, and I read of people being able to put the money towards hotels or something if not used.

Fingers crossed.

Also snagged Ohana for 5:00 for the same day. Trying not to get too excited just yet.

Just a heads up that they increased capacity on 10 of these dates that had previously sold out.

If this keeps up I am not bothering with Christmas DAH event. I will save my money for Drawn to Life, if it's a go this fall.

we were there for a dec2019 party and with Christmas crowds I still think a party would be worth it especially if fastpasses haven’t returned to knock off the rides.. and the fireworks were amazing . I originally didn’t think we’d go this year but I’m talking myself into it as you can see ha ha

But insiders aren't thinking it will not be a party, just an after hours event. And everyone will still get to see the fireworks, no parade, etc.

Apparently people have seen the FP+ kiosks turned on, so maybe they are getting ready to bring them back. That would be great as we utilize the FP+ system!

Hello! We are planning a trip down 10/31 - 11/5 and I am late to the game buying the Halloween after hour tickets. Do you think Disney will release more tickets or is there a thread that people who purchased tickets and have decided not to go sell their tickets?
