Does anyone know...do the Hallmark recordable books ever go on sale?

I saw the Christmas ones at half price in my local Hallmark on Black Friday.

I got the Charlie Brown Christmas one for 1/2 price after Christmas. The Hallmark store also had 2 others for $10 last week when I was in there ~ I know one had Grandma and the other had Grandpa in the title. Not sure if it was a local thing, a limited time thing or a clearance thing.

Walmart had them 50% off after Christmas, they were in with the cards on an endcap.

I saw them 50% off at Walgreens after Christmas -- they had the Hallmark books and the non-Hallmark books.

My Walmart had some at 75% off today in the Christmas clearance.

I picked some up for $9 each at Walmart a few days ago. Charlie Brown Christmas & Frosty the Snowman...they also had 2 other Christmas ones.

Yep, 75% off, which I believe was around $8 at Walmart today. I saw Frosty, Charlie Brown and The Night Before Christmas. And I found one of the Jingle All the Way books that comes with the stuffed husky. he responds to the book! I was so excited; it was only $6.98!

I saw some at CVS for 50% off as well.

So now here's the question.... What about Hallmark ornaments? Do they ever go lower than 50% off or do they just box them up and send them back to corporate?

I saw them at Kohls today for 80% off

We got a few of the 50% off ones at Walmart and now they are 75% off.

I got one at Kroger on Monday for $5. They had 4 or 5 different books to chose from.
