Sorry guys but I've got a question!!

Sis and I are staying at DLH in March and are buying vouchers but we can't decide which ones!!

We fancy eating at Annettes and Inventions! Do we buy HB Plus and just add the diff to Inventions or buy HB Prem which leads me to another question would Annettes take 1 HB Prem voucher at face value against the total bill in which case we would have 1 HB Prem voucher that perhaps we could use as face value in Walts for lunch on our last day?

That's a tricky one.

I'd say that you'd find it easier to trade up rather than down tbh. Hopefully someone will have done it and can inform you better.

Is it just for the 2 nights? If not, where else were you thinking of eating? You only get a voucher per night, so if you were there for 3 days 2 nights, you could always get HB premium to eat at Inventions and somewhere else on the meal plan and then pay for a meal at Annette's?

Annette's let you use just 1, and its exactly what we did. We were going to use the 1 spare one we had left for lunch on the last day, but because we over ate at breakfast and knew we were having food on the eurostar (Leisure Select), we ended up not spending the last voucher...

I am having exactly the same dilemma, we are going for 3 nights and want to eat at Anettes, Inventions and The Steakhouse, only Inventions needs the Premium so I think we are going to HBplus just in case the premium can't be used at face value at cheaper restaurants.

Where did you get the info that premium can't be used at face value.. I've used Premium in annettes in the past. I can't see any info anywhere saying they can't only that they can be used at face value.

When we were there in December, on three occasions (at Cafe Mickeys and Annettes) an adult voucher covered the adult and child meal. The child voucher was returned because one adult voucher was enough to cover both meals. So they must have used the voucher's value for the meal. I didn't have a starter or dessert though, I only had main course, large bottle of water and maybe a hot choc and DS would have the full child set meal. We ended up with three child vouchers in the end and gave them away to a family with three children who didn't have vouchers.

Sorry not to have replied earlier. I know lots of people have used them at face value (although there have also been reports of people not beign able to use them at face value at certain places inc Steakhouse buffet) but I was going by the table at the bottom of the PDF here

http://groups.disneylandparis.co.uk/B2B/GR/UK/EN/Images/half board meals.pdf

It says HB plus can be used at monetary value at Lucky Nugget, Auberge, California Grill, Yacht Club, Blue lagoon, Cafe Mickey and BBW show. The other restaurants aren't ticked. I am just wondering if with the poor Euro rate they are going to start being more finicky about what they accept and where. I have no idea of the origin of the PDF but the prices look fairly up to date.

So still no clearer as to what to do - just can't afford to pay for HBplus or Premium only to find we can't use them at face value if we don't like the set menus!!
