Hi team! Just a quick drive by for me today - I did some speed training on the TM last night - 10 repeats for a total of 5 miles. I ran the speedy laps at about 8 m/m. I tested out my new pair of shorts and they're pretty comfy except they make my shirt bunch together and up. It might be because my shirt was made of a cotton like material. I'll have to try it again next week with a different type of shirt.
I've got my 12 miler on Saturday. I'm not really looking forward to it - anyone want to give me a good kick in the butt to get me going

Then a 3 mile pace run on Sunday and hopefully a massage if my RMT is around.

Connie - That's fantastic news about DGD! She must be looking forward to hanging out with friends again! Take it easy on your hips! If you have one of those elastic bands, they're great for hip exercises.
