Good Morning Team!
Vicky - It seems like everyone has been getting some of our wind! Sorry, I will not be here either to keep thread going - we are also headed out for vacation (cruise then fly to Hawaii to check out Aulani) shortly. It will be up to Tandy and Sue!
Dave - Travel safely! Have a great time at WDW!
Sue - Have fun on the bike!
Tandy - I know it is normal, but disappointing, to stall on weight loss, and it usually doesnt happen 3 days after starting to lose weight! I guess I am just eating more calories than I think I am LOL I use fat free half and half - which I switched to years ago when a nutritionist told me to switch from the Mocha Mix I had been using. Then I use sugar free flavored syrup for flavoring - I really only like what Scott calls fu-fu coffee.
Mike - Does this mean we should be looking for marathons in Wyoming for you? The Denver Marathon - yes, Colorado, not WY, is a lot of fun.
Rick - Congrats on your weight loss! Keep up the great work!
AFM - Winds are back!!! Yesterday was really nice, we got out to the bike path on the bikes, I did crash, running off the path while trying to avoid some snow/ice, messed up the bike a bit, just a few bruises on my leg. Scott fixed the bike, it is now as good as new! We logged 12 miles in 1 hour.
To all those in the winter storms - stay safe!
Pixie dust to all who are in need!
Have a great day team!

I read the sad news about Robert and Linda.
And, Lynn, have a great time in Hawaii.
I will just play it by ear and not push it. I've started doing some pretty serious core work for the butt and hips in the hopes of strengthening everything.
Not really accomplishing anything. Our kitchen was by far the worst area of our house, as long as you don't count the basement. That'll be next, because we have kitchen storage down there, and it needs to just be purged entirely.
Are you thinking about getting something else, or does it work for you? As far as training tips, what are you looking for? I'm obviously struggling with running right now. Every time I start to increase my distance, I feel like I don't have time for anything else, and my core and stabilizers suffer, then, injury. So, I'm not leading by example.
Then, touch up painting and lastly, the basement. I need to be done by the time I start school on the 17th. I just got my first book on Venice from the library. I think I'm going to take a break from cleaning and just veg out.
I don't want to keep injuring myself, especially since my future job involves me standing for 12 hour shifts. I also can't train Harrison right now for the 8 miler, so we made a compromise. We're both going to run a 10k again in April, but when it's over, he's going to keep running this time. I don't think I'm going to do any more than half marathons anymore, and I know he eventually wants to run one. So, maybe we'll just shoot for that. It's a little disheartening, but I'm ok with my decision.
That is wonderful to have that kind of weather in January in Canada. Wow! It's been 60 degrees Fahrenheit here for the last 3 days. I don't know what's going on with this weather. I have heard about Poutine many times. If I ever make it up there, I'm going to have to try it. Sounds good to me. Hey, Frank even likes mayo on his fries. He's one step ahead of me.

I don't doubt you will be able to conquer the 26.2 in October.
