Hair Braiding Sign Up

We will be on the 2/14 Western and my 9YO DD wants to have her hair braided. I know I have to sign up right away to have it done on the ship. Where is the sign up for this and when do they start taking reservations for it?

When you get the first navigator, look carefully for details because they do change.

In past navigators, I've the sign ups at 5:30-6:30 on the first night outside of the shops/theater.

When we went on the Wonder this summer, sign-ups were at the same time and they did appointments that night. It was later in the evening (10:00) but she had the braids for the whole trip and we were able to get it "out of the way".

Thanks musicgirl. In the past on the 4 night cruise we had the braids done at Castaway Cay but it was at the end of the trip. We would rather do it at the beginning like you did.

Sign up for hair braiding was 5:30-6:30 pm on Day of boarding at Preludes Deck 4 Forward. I know that by Sunday morning when my niece was having her hair braided they were full. Check you navigator as soon as you get on board.

Deck 4 as a previous post said, up by the Walt Disney Theater. I got there about 5:20 and there was already 5-6 people in line. The line moves very, very slow, so it pays to get there a few minutes early.

What time is the sail away party? I would hate to miss this because I was standing in line somewhere! We also have an early dinner seating so will I have time to "freshen up"

Sandyrella, I checked the navigator and the sail-away celebration starts at 4:30 and you will depart port at 5:00. We stayed up on deck for about 15 min. as we left port. We got to see a lot of stingrays and my niece saw a manatee (she was in 7th heaven!). When we got to the sign-ups at approx. 5:15 there were 2 groups in front of us. We had seen the majority of the party and leaving port by that time. Since this was the only thing my niece was using her money for, it was worth it.

Does your daughter have to be with you to sign up for the hair braiding. Would I also be able to sign up my niece,too ?
