Finally caught up again! I HATE when I get behind.
The luau looks like a blast.
And just what was wrong with MIL? Why would she not talk Chad? I'm not really sure that I understand why she was so upset? It's a cup for cryin out loud, and it was her GRANDCHILD's cup!!!!

Hey everyone!! So sorry I haven't updated in a while! Life has been non-stop lately! I promise I will have an update tomorrow! It has just been a busy last couple of weeks!

Okay, so last I left you we were headed to ride Nemo! Hollie loves this movie!

I tried my best to take pictures on this ride and I never get a good one!! Lol

We walked around a bit

By this time it was time for us to check in for our lunch at Coral Reef. I checked in and we were seated within 5 minutes. We had asked for a table by the tank but they only seat you there with a party of less than 5. So the put us close to it.

Hollie was so amazed by the tank! She sat there the entire time and just stared at it and tried to find the fish

Our sweet waiter brought out some hot water so I could warm Hannah’s bottle and also some baby food for her.

We got our food. I got my grilled chicken cesar salad (yum), Chad got the grilled shrimp cesar salad, his mom got the same as I did and Hollie got cheese pizza.
He also brought out Hollie a cupcake!

We got finished with our lunch and headed on out towards the World Showcase. On the way we saw my favorite furry critters out! Here is my sweet girl with her autograph book ready to go!

Now after meeting Chip and Dale, we went to ride Spaceship Earth. We figured we would go ahead and do it now then head to WS.
Okay..now is where it gets interesting! I think what happens next, the reason we have some of our trip title name, will deserve its own post!

Okay, now here is one part of my title came into play. I want to tell you from the beginning, I used to be a hot head!! I am very competitive when it comes to sports and during the entire 18 years I played softball and basketball my mouth and also my facial expressions (along with attitude) have gotten me into trouble at times I don’t like un-sportsmanship conduct and that is usually where I start to let the steam come out of my ears. I also don’t like it when people are just downright rude and are wanting to pick fights. Now, I have calmed down a lot! Especially when I have my sweet girls with me. I am not perfect and sometimes a few ugly words will spew out of my mouth. Not super bad ones, but bad just the same! So here goes….

We left Spaceship earth and walked towards Test Track. I knew that I needed to go and wash out Hannah’s bottles that I was carrying around in the little backpack for her food and drinks. So, I take Hollie in the bathroom with me. I clean out the bottles and I am washing my hands. I grab the bottles along with the bag and I start to walk outside. I see Chad, MIL, Hollie, and Hannah sitting near a little bench in front of me. I am walking towards them. Of course I see people walking on my left and right side like they are walking towards me. So out of the corner of my right eye, I see someone walking towards me perpendicular to me. I didn’t cut them off or bump into them. I wasn’t even close to them. Maybe like 4 feet. I get to the stroller and I am putting the bag underneath it and I hear “EXCUSE YOU (RHYMES WITH WITCH!)” I was like, what in the world! I looked up thinking maybe that she wasn’t talking to me. Oh no, she was and when I looked at her I got a glare! I was so shocked!! Literally! I looked at her and all that I could say was, “Um, excuse me??” She turned around again and said, “Yes…you (rhymes with witch)” I literally could have spit nails! If Hollie and Hannah had not been there I don’t even want to think about it. Because I probably would have walked right up to her and got in her face. But….I looked at her and said, “Lady, you just better be counting your lucky stars my kids are with me! Too bad Tinkerbell can’t come and sprinkle you with a decent dust.” Yeah…I said decent dust! LOL Have no clue why that came out! But she still kept turning around and glaring at me. I was shaking I was so mad!!! Chad was mad that it happened and MIL was like, “Well, I would have went up to her. She wouldn’t have talked to me like that. Blah blah blah” really??? Even with your grandkids you still would have done something? I have learned that sometimes its just best to let things go. Even if you don’t want too, you just got too. My nerves were shot, I was still shaking and mad. I didn’t want Hollie to know anything even though she was like, “Mommy that lady is being loud and rude!” lol Sweet girl…so we headed towards the WS and I had a certain slushie on my mind!
Now you see where I got some of my title. The nerve! I have never had anyone be so rude to me down there. It was sad to me considering she had her son (who was probably 13-14) by the hand. Way to show your kid how to act in public lady

Wow...there seem to be all kinds of people in this world! Lol! Maybe it's the same lady my mom about got in fight with at DHS! lol.

I had the Disney app on my phone and we found out Handy Manny was doing meet and greets so we got there early as he was only doing it for a half hour and we knew this was something my nephew would just love! The little einsteins were still there and we had no interest in standing in that line to meet them and did not want to hog the line for others who still wanted to meet the little einsteins... So the CM told us to stand in front of the meet and greet and she would make sure we were first in line to meet Handy Manny! This was exciting to us.... Not only would Caleb and my nephew get to meet Handy Manny buy they would be the first to do so!
Well a line had now formed for Handy Manny by now. Handy Manny came out and we went to meet him. Well this woman thought she was first and starting going off that she was first...blah blah blah! I thought my mom was going to go off on her. Her grandbabies were promised first and they were goin to be first. Lol! We had tibexplain to her that it did look like we were cutting but we had special permission to be first! That woman glared at us the whole time! Lol! We still talk about the time grandma almost got arrested at Disney world! Lol

Wow! Hag is right! You really handled it well LOVE LOVE LOVE the pixie dust line (bet you were really thinking that what she needed dumped on her was quite the opposite of pixie dust!)

I know it gets hot, and people get crabbie, but there is no call for out of the blue foul language. shame on her - and the horrible example she set for her son.

Love that Hollie caught on to the rude behavior -- in those instances when Katie comments on how a rude a person is, I confess, I will agree with her rather loudly "Yes, that really was rude! What would have been a better way to handle that".... sometimes its a lesson for many.

I missed your Coral Reef pictures, but I'm all caught up now. I love Coral Reef! We got to go to a private party upstairs one time and they have a great private dining area with windows into the aquarium! It would be a great place for a wedding reception

Good thing you were able to hold yourself in check with the rude woman! I have to hold Jamie back sometimes - she tends to say what's on her mind and sometimes she could use a little stronger filter on her mouth

Oh my goodness. I just read the bit about your MIL not speaking to Chad or Hollie---what in the WORLD?! What was she so upset about? What a way to damper a trip.

And that woman in Epcot! Yes Hollie, I agree, why is that lady being so loud and rude??? I love kids bluntness sometimes! Good for you for holding your tongue and being a GOOD example in front of your kids!
