Can everyones phones be on the same account or should they have separate accounts for the VQ?

Just returned from Universal. Unfortunately, VQ was not an option on any of our days there. We utilized single rider as much as possible and were able to ride everything we wanted. Some of our favorites, we were able to ride several times.

Velocicoaster hasn't had VQ at all so far. Hagrid's has only switched to VQ a few times since spring break crowds.
