Hagrid and Guest Assistance Pass

Does Hagrid attraction have the option to use the Guest Assistance Pass and where is the entrance for that?

Thank you. So the process is to go with the card to get a return time and then get back to the Express Line when is time? Sorry it is my first time using this system. Thanks!

You are correct!

There have been times if the line is not long, you are allowed in the line for that ride right away

Off the top of my head believe if the wait time for for the ride is 25?? Minutes wait, you are allowed to use the ep line at the time you are there.

If line wait is longer, then you are given a time period to return for the ride

We have done Hagrids several times utilizing my son's Guest Assistance Pass. You can get a return time from the folks to left of the lockers. Its a bit chaotic over there and they may automatically be directing everyone to the end of the line, but just tell them that you are there for a return time and you will be sent to the right place. Once you return, go back to the same folks and they will direct you. We have a wheelchair so we have never used the lockers. In the queue, be sure to have the pass out as they scan it several times. The Guest Assistance Pass is a life saver for our family.
