Had forgotten--surprise in the mail today

We bought a BCV add on back in April and closed around June 1. Got our deed in the mail today! I had forgotten that we had not yet gotten it, and was surprised in retrospect that it took so long to get since we know it was recorded shortly after our closing according to the county records. Anyway, it is nice to be absolutely totally official!

Congratulations and thanks for letting us know. We closed around the middle of June so hopefully we will get ours soon.
