HA Options online

Interesting. There's now an option online to select HA w tub, HA w roll in shower, and non-HA rooms preference. It's not a separate booking category, but closer.... I guess DVC heard all the complaints.

WOW, SSR has a 4th option for Hearing Accessible, didn't even know those existed.

I assumed so since I didn't notice all this before. But I could have been out of it. It's listed with the room description and adds another 50% to the length of the page. This is on the room search result page, not the check box to search for HA rooms.

My experience has been if you ask to search for an accessible room then the available options appear. You can choose what you need. Hearing assistive options are listed as well.

This option was added over a year ago in order to comply with a requirement for equal access in the online booking. It's nothing to do with any complaints about HA rooms - just Disney complying with requirements to assist those who require certain accommodations to be able to book online just like all others.
