H2O Products Update

Coronado Springs now has them.

ETA:

If anyone sees the new bottles at other resorts, not already listed, please let us know! Thanks!
I saw these either at Contemporary (Garden Wing) or AKL (or both!) on Labor Day weekend.

I honestly think it was both (I came down with Covid on Day 3 there the day after we switched resorts and had to cut the trip short so my memory is little foggy. I do recall noting the difference in design at the time though).

In related but unrelated news, the bar soap on the sink smelled differently to me?

All Star Sports this week.

I didn't use it but it had a strong aroma. Very strong herb ... and we didn't pump any out.

And the blogs finally caught up!

H2O+ Bottles Replaced at Walt Disney World Hotels

Walt Disney World has started to replace H2O+ bottles at hotels, having just previously covered the old branding logos with stickers.

H2O+ Bottles Replaced

The old look for the H2O+ shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in Walt Disney World hotel shower

After Pola Orbis Holdings, LLC discontinued the H2O+ brand in 2022, Disney purchased the product formulas so they could continue to produce and provide the hair and skincare products. As pictured above, Disney then covered the H2O+ logo on bottles at Disney Resorts with generic stickers.

WDWNT reader Alexander sent us the above photo of new bottles at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. The new bottles feature Mickey-shaped filigree framing the names of each product: Sea Salt Body Wash, Sea Marine Conditioner, and Sea Marine Shampoo. The labels are yellow, white, and green, respectively. As before, the bottles are mounted to the wall so they can’t be removed but housekeeping Cast Members can refill them.

Disney Cruise Line also recently replaced H2O+ bottles with new labels featuring the Mickey head icon.

Disney began offering H2O+ products in resort hotel rooms and Disney Cruise Line staterooms in 2006. In addition to shower products, the line included soaps and lotions.

H2O+ Replacement Disney Spa Bath Products Now Available for Guests To Take Home From Walt Disney World

The new Disney Spa bath product collection is now available throughout Walt Disney World Resort. These products replace the previously available H2O+ brand, which was discontinued two years ago.

Disney Spa Collection

A charming display of Disney-branded fragrance bottles and creams sits on a wooden shelf in the store, reminiscent of the Grand Floridian's elegant merchandise offerings.

The new Disney Spa Collection features a body polish, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body cream. We found the collection for sale at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, but we’ve seen the products sold throughout Walt Disney World.

Body Polish – $35

A hand holds a jar labeled Disney Spa Collection Body Polish with a net weight of 8 oz (226 g), reminiscent of the luxurious treatments at Disney World's Grand Floridian.
The jar contains eight ounces of “body polish,” better known as exfoliating scrub.

Body Wash – $35

A hand holding a bottle of body wash labeled Disney Spa Collection against a carpeted background with furniture, reminiscent of the elegant Grand Floridian style, introduces exciting new merchandise to elevate your self-care routine.

The body wash has the same fragrance as the body polish. This bottle contains 8.25 ounces of body wash. The bottle states that the body wash is rich enough to shave with or even create a bubble bath.

Shampoo and Conditioner – $45 each

A person holds two bottles of the exclusive Disney Spa Collection products, one labeled shampoo and the other conditioner, against a patterned carpet background reminiscent of the Grand Floridian's elegance.

For your hair, there is a matching shampoo and conditioner set. Each bottle features the same easy-lock pump. The back of the bottle guarantees that these items are safe to use for all hair types, including color-treated or sun-damaged hair.

Body Cream – $35

A hand holds a Disney Spa Collection body cream dispenser, now part of the Grand Floridian's enchanting new merchandise, against a patterned background.

The final item in the bath collection is a body cream.

H2O+ and Disney

H2O+ products were once a staple of vacations at Disney Parks and aboard Disney Cruise Line, with the partnership beginning in 2006. The guest-favorite brand was officially retired in 2022, but Disney revealed in 2023 that the company had purchased the brand’s formulations and intended to continue producing the products under Disney branding.

After seeing it posted that the resorts were converting to shower wall pumps, was more than delighted that the small containers were still being used at the BLT last month. Now that the refirb has begun this was probably my last trip with (ahem...) more that a few containers of trial size body lotion in my carry on. :rolleyes1

Regarding the sales of the bath products, is it the same marine stuff in the rooms or is it the original scent Disney used and sold several years ago? My mom would be over the moon if it’s the original stuff. Here absolute favorite and was so disappointed when they stopped selling it and then switched to the marine scent.
