Best resorts for seniors

I got a studio ground level at OKW and it was great. I had a scooter delivered but before that the bell service guys had a big golf cart and took me to the building to put my luggage away. It’s got bus and water transportation, rocking chairs, nice restaurant and is also close to Disney Springs for
more dining options.
I liked having a kitchenette and got some groceries on the way from airport. I used a town car and they stopped at Publix to pick up my online order for no additional charge.
I had a small back porch and sat outside a bit each day.
There are some games and recreational stuff and the pool was nice.
Even the lobby is very nice and a place to sit and read.
It all sounds really nice and convenient. I've never thought of OKW that way, so thanks for the nice report.

We just came back from OKW, staying in a HA villa in the "Near Hospitality House" category, and we were fortunate to be right across the street from the main building. Talk about convenience! However, having stayed at OKW many times, I can say that our experience, convenience-wise, was very, very rare. We've had many villas which were so far away-we've never reserved either the Hospitality House category nor HA-we'd always just reserved standard villa in order to increase or chances of getting the needed first floor. But unless you do the "Near Hospitality Category" don't depend on convenience. Besides, if you have an ECV, and ever take the boat, even though I'm comfortable driving, I found the drive along the dock to be pretty scary!
