Good job on the Tamiflu! I took it when my son and husband caught it and I was fine. Ended up with it over a month later though when someone at work got it. Just so you are well for your trip!!!

My youngest son had it a month ago.....it is really bad. I was the only one to have contact with him and was extra careful to wash hands, not touch face and all that they advise. I did not get it, nor did my husband or other son.

They are more reluctant to give tamiflu here. They felt that he was otherwise healthy and that he may need tamiflu should he get it again. They did advise that he get vaccinated, which he did, because the third wave which they expect in January will have tried somewhat to morph as to keep thriving.

I think the Tamiflu is working. His fever is down, and his appetite is pretty good, although his head and body still ache.

Last month DS came down with swine flu the morning of our flight

Since then I've gotten the vaccine even though I'm old and supposedly immune. I'll take care of you if you're sick and still around on the 12th. We're staying at SSR.

I have now had two girls with it. The first and oldest was great. My middle daughter had a nasty fever of around 102 and vomiting. I was up all night with her. Her personality is so vibrant normally. With the flu, she was despondent and rarely speaking. Poor thing was just worn out about it. My wife and baby have both been sick around the same time butno flu though.

I'm the last man standing. haha
