Guh! Not looking forward to WI

Tonight is my WI. It has been a baaaaad last week (but so yummy!!). Part of me said, why not just skip it. That would be the devil on my shoulder. But the little angel on my shoulder has won out, and I will go weigh in and not throw the scale against the wall, as much as I would like to! I figure if I skip a week, I may never go back or get back on track. Just needed to vent (venting does burn calories, doesn't it??).
 
Don't worry! We all have those weeks. You are doing the right thing by weighing yourself, so you don't lose sense of where you are. You can jump back on track and be more determined next week! :sunny: Go get 'em!! :cheer2:
 
Good for you for going to weigh in after a bad week, that takes a committed mind! I hope the scale is kind to you tonight and always remember that tomorrow is a new day.
 
Glad that you haven't given up. Just get back in and do the best that you can. It is not the easiest, but please continue to move to a healthier you. Keep listening to that good angel.

I am glad that I dragged my (just a tiny bit bigger) butt to my meeting. I only gained .6, which is great, considering that I did not count points at all this weekend. The meeting gave me sooo much motivation for the week ahead.

You see you were expecting the worse case and it wasn't so bad at all. Today is a new day and that .6 will be gone before you know it.
 
Aren't you glad that you went?! That wasn't bad at all, and now you are ready to get back on track!
