Guest Services Hours

What time does Guest Services at IOA or US? I received our passes yesterday but they are wrong and when I called they advised I need to take them to Guest Services since we are going down Saturday. We are staying onsite at the RPR an I was plannin to take advantage of early entry by checking in early but I don't want to use they passes and then be told they won't correct them because we entered the park before fixing them.
