Is there a guest services window at MK outside of the turnstiles? I am going to activate my AP on my first day and I will be going to MK. So I was hoping to activate it at the park instead of having to head to DTD first.

Yes.You can also activate it at ANY ticket window.

And, yes, any ticket booth will also work.
