Guest services at DTD

Is there a guest services at DTD? We will be over there the first night we get there before hitting the parks in the morning. I have an AP that I want to see about changing to a PAP. Is that something they could do there or is it only at the parks that I can do that? Thanks!

There is a GS over on the MarketPlace side, not sure about changing the ticket though.
