Hi

Hope you all can help. I have written to the Guest Relations of Walt Disney World following our vacation in March pointing out some problems we had with transportation for guests with disabilities.

I have not received a response in over 6 weeks. Does any one have a fax number for them ? Is it usual for them to take this long to respond ?

I normally e-mail Guest Relations through the disneyworld.com web site. They always come back with an answer. I have even received follow up telephone calls in the past.
