Following on from my PP+ issues at Halloween. I emailed DLP Guest Comms first thing on Monday morning, followed it up yesterday as well and have still heard nothing. It's really not on to be a) disappointed and b) left waiting for almost £34 refund! 
I used the usual guest comms email. Does anyone know any other ways to get through to them please?
