Both the Pink Panther and the (mostly male) Smurfs were on TV & in movies. (At least I think there was a Smurf movie, plus neither category is 'dead'.

These are the things that bother me: non-human and non-animal yet dead and male. The only things I can think of are those personified lightning bolts and cigarettes from days of yore, but those guys were always used in ad-campaigns, so that rules them out. Besides, they're only "dead" in the sense that they aren't a plant or animal.

Hey everyone I am back.....OK the ONLY other clue so far this morning is that he was NOT in an ad campaign......
I think the board game idea is a good one now we just have to earn another ticket to ask a question so we can get that one out there....
My director thinks this is a riot to see all these adults acting like little kids trying to earn a lunch..
