Enjoy It (from In Search of the Castaways?) Maurice Chevalier and Haley Mills...I enjoy the song at work at least one night a week :)

My turn? too late to figure right now, will add it in the am!

Suzanne

okay, here's one and I've got a backup for the next time, LOL!

"When springtime comes
How can you tell?"

Suzanne

"When Springtime Comes" is from Listen to the Land.

How about "...and someday there's gonna be rolling oceans of golden wheat just as far as the eye can see."

Hint: It's an oldie.

OK, I guess it was too old. It has been a while. The lyrics are from Dakota in the One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band.

Here's something more well known. "Think of a wonderful thought, any happy little thought..."

You can Fly!

here's one

"when I am king, dilly dilly
you'll be my queen"

(although I first heard the song done by the group Marillion!)

Suzanne

"Lavender Blue (Dilly Dilly)" as performed by Burl Ives, I believe (I'm only 20 years old...I could be wrong. Sorry I stiffed on the film title...I do recognize the song, though)

Here's my lyrics (Hint: they're from a noted Touchstone Pictures release):

"They love the smell of the kill
And the flesh
Gorging 'til they've had their fill of success
Dealing their mother to get into paradise
Pay Jesus special protection
At any price"

Anybody care to take a guess?

Sincerely,

John "anotherboardnposter" Kilduff

I can see why you would think that, Satine, but no, it's not from "Hunchback".

Okay, I'll give you another hint:

It was performed by Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones.

Sincerely,

John "anotherboardnposter" Kilduff

Okay, this one stumped everybody and pretty much killed the thread.

The answer was "Ruthless People" from the movie of the same name.

Okay, here's an easier pair of lyrics:

"Keep all your dreams alive,
Dreaming is still how the strong survive..."

Can you guess the Disney song?

Sincerely,

John "anotherboardnposter" Kilduff
