Guarenteed NS cabin?

I changed our reservation yesterday from the All-Star Suites to a FW cabin on an AP rate. I requested a NS cabin and the cm said that would be fine and that we had reserved a guarenteed ns cabin. At the other resorts I know the ns request is just that a request not a guarentee. At FW can we really be assured a ns cabin? Thanks for any info.

It is guaranteed if you said it was for a medical reason (i.e., asthma). Maybe the CM was just being nice to you, and noted that it was for a medical reason!
