Grrr ticketmania!!

I ordered our tickets trough ticketmania on the 9th september, money came out of credit card etc..

Got conformation email with payment and delievery address. Hadn't received them yestereday 1st oct (well over the 11-15 day free international shipping) so i emailed them.

Got an email back from them saying i emailed you to say we don't do international shipping to new zealand.(never got the email and id had been 20 days since i first ordred) pay $10 to delivery to your hotel or come pick up.

Emailed them back saying why state it on your website if you don't ship international to new zealand and told them where we are staying.

NOt impressed as they took the money and hadn't heard from them was waiting and checking mailbox.

all sorted now. Got an email back saying to call them as owe them $10 for delivery.

Had to look up there number and ring them (international call) but gave them number and confirmed hotel.

They said they used to send to New Zealand and Australia but had a lot of problem with people not getting there tickets so now only send to places like canada, england, ireland etc..
