Grrr....reservations system is down

Dang nab it....after finding out last night that the 2007 prices are out, came home today to call to make my reservations for FW for Oct 2007 and there system is down!!! ... ...grrr...sorry...had to vent...now I have to try tomorrow.

Before you ask, I have to call because my trip is for 13 nights w/ a 12 day park hopper + water park, and the online reservations only goes a max of 10 days.

The system was also down Sunday night. I left all my info on what I wanted and a phone number - they said they would call....which I didn't expect but around 11am Monday I had my reservation all set!

You may want to give that a try - I was skeptical they would call and was just going to call when I got home but I was happy-happy at lunch since our trip was all set by then.

Will their system being down cause any problems for reservations already made? I hope they don't lose mine for jan. 2007!

Try it from my end....I am a disney travel agent! I go directly into their booking engine...it's down....if I call them...they're down!

BTW, I had a client who needed to cancel yesterday (he was at the 45 day mark). Disney told me that anything that needed to be done when their computer were down would NOT be affected. No one should have any problems.

I can imagine the back up when they finally get up and running! They been down since lunch time yesterday (nothing official but I think they are loading the next set of codes! )

They must have been running at some point this morning (7am). I was able to extend one of my 2007 reservations.
