We made reservations for FW several months ago as part of "Grand gathering" as Disney calls it. We are bringing 3 RV's and are all staying at "full hookup" sites. When I spoke to Disney today, they were very non-committal about us being able to park together. Since we have planned to prepare meals together and coordinate watching the kids, obviously, us being able to park together is a big deal to our group. I just assumed we would be parked together by Disney since we are part of a group, but now I am not so sure. We are staying April 4-11 so it will be peak season and the campground is apparently sold out for that period. Anyhow, does anyone have any experience or insights as to how Disney parks RV's at FW that are part of a group?

If all of you in your group fax requests 5-10 days ahead to FtW's front desk, you might get lucky. You need to reference all ressie numbers on each fax.

Given the time you're going I wouldn't hold my breath getting adjacent sites, but you will probably all end up on the same loop. My understanding right now is that 1600 & 1900 are the only full hook-up loops, but that is subject to change. This is where a golf cart really comes in handy!

The assigners will do their best to locate you together, but I wouldn't hold my breath. You are arriving on a Saturday, which probably has the least number of check-outs, so the likelihood of three contiguous sites (in your category) opening up is pretty slight. Your chances would be much improved if the CG wasn't full, but as it is you might be lucky to all be in one loop. You might want to consider some contingency plans (like the aforementioned golf cart).
