I am traveling to Disney world with a large group around Christmas and we are having some confusion about tickets and fast pass and would like some help if possible.
All of our tickets were purchased together from the Disney's group sales department. We are now about 40 days away from the trip (staying offsite) so I contacted the person in our group that arranged everything to get the information needed from my tickets to reserve our fast passes soon. The person is kind of confused about the fast pass system and tells me that she doesn't have the tickets because they will be at will call when we arrive. She also says that she doesn't think we would be able to reserve our fast passes because of this.
To say the least, Im kind of freaked out about it and informed her that she should be able to get the needed information from Disney group sales department so that the fast passes can be set up for everyone.
What I'm needing to know is what information will we actually need from group sales so that everyone can get our fast passes set up.
