Group reservations?

When do you need to book through group reservations? Is that for all restaurants/shows or only certain ones? Anybody know the number?

We are a party of 7 adults and 5 kids. Looking to make one PS per day of our 9 day trip. I'm even going to try to book Cindys so I don't want to waste time calling a wrong number.

I was also wondering this. I'll be going with 2 other families and we plan to meet up once a day to eat.

13 or more is group for the most part so with 12 you will want to call the regular number. However, for California Grill and for dinner shows 8 or more is group. Also, some of the resturaunts like Rainforest and I think Flying Fish require groups of 9 or more to call them directly...so it just depends. But for the most part the regular number is fine.
