Group Reservations for Dec 4, 2010?

I saw for the first time that some people are part of a Group Reservation for Oct. 2009. Premium site $58. Has anyone else done this before? Would anyone be interested in a group res for Dec 4-13, 2010?

I have no idea how this works, but if any have any experience with how to book these please let me know. If you'd like to PM me instead of posting, I would appreciate any info.

I might be interested in a site. That is our favorite time to go. The cheaper Pre-Holiday rate will probably be offered through Dec 17 next year (the Friday a full week before Christmas seems to be the pattern), so we would probably want those days as well. The earliest date to book with departure on the 13th is Aug 1st, by the way.

I really dont think you would be able to get the $ 58.00 rate at that time of year. The 58.00 rate in Oct is at value season and the same as AAA rate for Preminum. We got AAA rate for Oct at the same price. They might give a good group rate though, and a lot might be interested..

The rates during Pre-Holiday for a Premium is normally $76 and in Value is $72, only $4 difference, so maybe we could get a discounted rate of $62? I'd be interested in hearing from Carol or other group organizers how they went about getting their rates/ressies.

We arrive at FW this year on Dec. 5 for 9 nights, same pre-holiday period, and our average rate per night is $55.50 with AAA discount for full hookup. We only want full hookup again and at their current undiscounted rates for this time period of $66 perhaps AAA rate would be available again. I can only hope. I still am going to contact Grand Gatherings to see if I can get a group rate of FULL HOOKUP starting Dec. 5, 2010. Let me know if you guys find out anything different. Thanks.
