Make the picture the active layer. Click on the move tool and grab one of the "handles" at a corner and pull slowly until the picture is slightly larger than the frame opening. Hope this helps.
Thank you for your help
Have a great day!!
I need some help again, sorry!
I have been making some frames and I've made them at 6" x 4" photo size. When I try to add my photograph into it my photo comes out enormousBy the time I have reduced it it has distorted a bit, what do you think I'm doing wrong?

Are you able to do something like this but with an airplane and clouds maybe???
I'm reposting some of the frames I did earlier in gif so that they will be transparent, I've also added a couple of other ones and one with a picture of my DGS that we took to put on his 1st birthday invitations. (He had a Sesame Street party)

I am still trying to figure out photoshop, but I just don't have the time to learn!! I really want to use some of these for our Disney Honeymoon in a month!!!I am resurrecting this thread with the hopes that someone can tell me how to use these frames. I bookmarked this a long time ago. I bet there are someinstructions somewhere along the way, but I was hoping for a response rather than having to spend hours to go thru all the posts.
I am sorry that interest in this one has dwindled away.
