I think the CMs are doing a better job now of explaining on the phone that the time will be wrong, but that the flight number is all that is important. I provided my flight info for our upcoming trip last week and the CM (who was just wonderfully helpful) made a point of saying to not be surprised when I got my e-mail confirmation and when I check my ressie on the website that the time will be wrong. She did ask, however, that I make sure that the flight numbers are right.
