Hello ladies.... My future hubby and I are getting married very soon (Jan. 21, 2012). We are going to be exchanging wedding gifts to each other and I'm at a loss of what to get him!

He works in the farming industry in management. He does not wear jewelry and does not wear a watch. I need some ideas! I already plan on getting a customized Packer's jersey's for both of us with our Last name and wedding date (mine will be "01" and he will be "21"). Just wanting to get him something else. Please post ideas and what you got your groom!

Thanks!

Does he like racing/cars? What about sending him to Richard Petty? They recently announced a new track for "Exotic Driving" where they have lamborghini's and ferrari's to drive also. Just a thought! :) I think we are gifting this to our dad's! Disboards is offering a discount and it opens for use on 1/16, so you could sign him up to do it while you're there? I could be wrong but I assume it's most guy's dream to race around in nice cars! ;)

Okay. So this... this is going to make some of y'all think I'm crazy. But I got my DF a dog butler.

If you watch Modern Family, it will make more sense. There was this episode of the show with this creepy, life-size dog butler. Chris LOVED it. He kept saying the only thing he wanted to register for was a dog butler--- but then, I think, he forgot about it. So I found a small one and bought it for him!

Is it the most romantic gift ever? Nope. But I'll bet he will laugh! :D

I got my DH tickets to see the Cirque du Soleil show in Downtown Disney. He seemed really interested in it and had never seen one live before (but really enjoyed watching some of the DVDs), so I surprised him by taking him to see it on the honeymoon.

I second the Richard Petty driving experiences. That's what my DF is getting for his wedding present.

Ill probally end up getting my DF a new hockey stick and jerseys wih our last names on them. We're nerds.

I bought my groom a palm sized digital video camera. Is he into electronics? You could go that route.

sporting event tickets? my husband is mostly into hockey and baseball, which is a bit cheaper then football, but I bought him hockey tickets

I think I'll be buying him a full size arcade cabinet (he wants a Neo Geo if anyone knows what that is). I dropped some not so subtle hints to him that I want a piece of Disney art as my gift.

I got DF map cufflinks to wear the day of the wedding. One was a map of where we met and the other was a map of where we married. I posted a picture so you could get a better idea. I bought them off of etsy.com.

That is so awesome! :)

Now off to debate if DF will ever wear cuff links. He doesn't in uniform....

What about some sort of honeymoon surprise like the Animal kingdom tour? Segway tour @ Epcot? Dinner cruise to see fireworks? Couples massage? Chefs table dinner one night?

You could take boudoir pictures. They're like lingerie pics but a little more tasteful I guess would be the words.

You could do favorite movie, band (cd or tickets to a concert), something involving sports, video game, new technological toy( laptop/tablet/etc), cooking lessons together, special tour?
