Grocery store close to Windsor Hills?

Can anyone tell me what grocery store is closest to Windsor Hills? I will be renting a townhose there in 3 weeks!!

The closest grocery store to Windsor Hills is in the Formosa Gardens Shopping Center on Formosa Gardens Blvd. It's only about 2 or 3min west of the turn off for WH on 192 ( on your left going west). It's a large store ( Winn Dixie ??).
There's a Red Lobster just before you get there. There's also a Publix a little further on from there on your right. The best prices are in Walmart. There's one about 7 miles away on Hwy 27 north near the intersection with 192 and a couple of more east on 192 from WH. If you go to Walmart.com and search for locations you can get the directions.

Skip Winn Dixie (higher prices for the most part and lower quality merchandise) and head directly for Publix on west 192. There is a large one with a huge selection of merchandise at Orange Lake.

If you prefer the Walmart, continue west on 192 and take the exit ramp to north 27 (the ramp will be to your right) and continue on 27 north for just a mile or so. Walmart is set back off the road, but clearly marked.

Agree with DVC~OKW~96 as we stayed at Windsor Hills earlier this year and used the Publix at Orange Lake on 192. It is a very nice store with fairly reasonable prices and is easy in and out off 192 and only maybe 5 minutes away from Windsor Hills. We absolutely loved staying at Windsor Hills and it will be at the top of our consider list when we visit Disney again.

Publix on west 192. There is a large one with a huge selection of merchandise at Orange Lake.

This is the one I use too, and that orange lake center has a few other necessities too, including a liquor store.

Thanks! I will definately try the Publix. I liked the Publix that we used to go when we stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Villages.

Only 2 and 1/2 weeks to go! I'm very excited about trying Windsor Hills.

I agree! If you drive a bit more you can go to the Publix on the Right or the Super Walmart on 27 is great too!! If you like a good BBQ just before the Walmart on the right side is a orange market and BBQ place they have good BBQ and good Breakfast.
