Grocery Stop Question

We're about to head "home" to BWV for the first time - on 10/19 - and I have a few grocery questions. I've seen posts in the past about the best grocery store to stop at. Which is it, and where exactly? We'll be going with the FL Tours advertised on this site and will have a 30 minute stop.
Also, we are arriving at MCO at noon, I presume we'll be in the can by about 12:30. What can and/or should we do about shopping? If we buy milk, cheese, etc.. what can we do with it if we can't check in until 4PM. Again, this is our first visit to BWV (or any DVC). So, is there a fridge to store things in? Or, are you usually able to check in early?
Any suggestions would be really helpful.

BWV will hold your groceries in "cold storage" for you until your room is ready. Just be sure to let them know which bags need to be refrigerated and you'll be fine!

I happen to like Publix, some prefer Winnie-dixie, some even like Goodies - just depend upon what you want - there are several others too.
