Grocery Order Question - Holding Food

If we have food delivered to our resort and they hold it at the bell desk do they keep it refrigerated?? How does that work?

We placed an order through Garden Grocer in Dec. Our flight was delayed, so our food arrived before we did. Bell services put the refrigerated items in their refrigerator, so they were nice and cold when we arrived.

We ordered through Garden Grocer and everything was waiting at Bell Services when we arrived. We just had the items brought up with our luggage. Everything was perfect, even the ice cream!

All Bell Services locations have refrigerator/freezer units to keep cold food cold and frozen food frozen.

The posts that I have seen about GG makes me believe that they are dropping the orders at Bell Services and not taking many to the rooms anymore.
