Last Year I used someone elses grocery list or menu plans for the week. Since the boards have changed, I have done numerous searches and I can't find any. Will you please be so.... Kind to post yours. I leave in a week, and it would help me with my menu plans tremendously. There will be 7 of us traveling. Just an FYI. Thanks in advance for everyones help.

This is what we had during the week:

Wednesday: Sloppy Joes...just requires cooked hamberger, ketchup (alot) and a little mustard. This was good to cook and then just pop in microwave after a long day at the park.

Thursday: Shake N Bake chicken. We never have this at home and my kids loved it!

Friday: Chicken in a bag. A mix you can buy in the seasoning aisle. Just brought my own flour from home and mix with 2 cups of water. Bakes in the oven for one hour.

Saturday: Shake N Bake again.

Sunday: Baked chicken in the oven with BBQ sauce. Bakes in one hour

Monday: We went out to eat!

Tuesday: Frozen lazagna.

The toughest thing to figure out is a meal that did not require alot of spices or ingrediants you don't want to waste and throw away. With all the meals we had mash potatoes, premade salad from the store. We purchased deli meat for sandwiches and corn dogs. Breakfast was bagels with cream cheese, oatmeal ect. We spent 175.00 and even had some break and bake cookies. The great thing is we didn't feel pinched to buy snacks at the parks and any souvenier we felt like having!

If you have any questions, send me a pm!

Have a great time!

I have a group of 15 going with me in a few weeks and here is the menu I have planned- I will cook breakfast most mornings and do dinner each night. Everyone is on their own for lunch, but there will most likely be leftovers they will be welcomed to for lunch..

Lasagna (I buy the big frozen ones)
Salad ( I get the bags of salad)
French Bread ( my husband loves the frozen kind that has the garlic and butter)

Hamburgers and Hotdogs (going to try out the grills at OKW)
Potato Salad (I do like to make my own)
Baked Beans ( I will make this myself too but just make it simple)
Banana Pudding (This is easy with pudding cookies and bananas)

Chicken w/ Gravy ( I get the bags of frozen chicken breasts and pour a few cans of cream of chicken over them and bake for a while till done)
Green Beans ( of course canned)
Rice ( I like the minute rice)
Rolls

Spaghetti w/ sauce (my father in law makes the best homemade)
Salad ( again bagged salad)
French Bread ( frozen with butter and garlic)
Chocolate Ice Box Pie ( this is just a graham cracker crust, with chocolate pudding and cool whip on top)

Pork Tenderloin ( I will get a boneless pork loin and I get a dry mix from McCormick and put on it with oil and water and let it bake for several hours - it is delicious!!)
Red Potatoes ( I will get these in the veggie section fresh and wash them good and boil them - then put butter on them with some parsley)
Green Beans ( Again canned)
Biscuits ( I like the pilsbury frozen ones)
Rainbow Cake (this is a cake mix that you make by directions on box and then you make jello and pour over it while hot- you then let it sit in the fridge and when ready to serve you spread cool whip on it)

For breakfast I am taking my Mickey Mouse waffle iron - I make my own from scratch - we will have eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits and all that

I look forward to going and this always saves a ton of money. And this is just as good if not better than you can get in the parks....
