Groceries while changing room?

So, our wait list didn't come through and now we are changing rooms (which I'm totally fine with, I love OKW) My question is if we have some food in the fridge and we put it all in one bag, will bell services move that as well as our luggage? Anyone have any past experiences? Thanks.

Mark the refrigerated or frozen items and bag them separately. Bell Services will put them in a refrigerator/freezer until you call for them at the new resort.

It's always good to take those zipper hot/cold bags for transport of food between resorts. I always hate sending things with bell services in plastic bags if I an help it.

The only problem with the refrigerated or frozen items is they may be on a vehicle for a while until they actually get back into a refrigerator or freezer.

Bell service will move everything to your new resort for you and put it in your room including food. We did a split stay in grand villa's first 4 nights at SSR then 7 nights a BWV's and we didn't know they would do this so we moved everything ourselves and it was a pain with 5 adults and 4 kids(11,5,1,NB). We learned when we had our bags brought up at the BWV that they would have moved everything for us. Were doing another split stay at SSR and BWV(for now BWV might change) and were defently going to use the bell service this time.
