Groceries for BWV

We are staying at a studio at BWV for the first time in a few weeks. We plan to get grocieries delievered to the studio and eat breakfasts in our room before we head for the parks each day. I was looking on these boards awhile back and there seemed to be 2 main companies that people used to order groceries to be delievered to your resort. I can't remember who they were. Can anyone help me? How soon before your trip do you usually need to place your order?

We used Garden Grocer in March and are using them again in June. Very nice selection (gardengrocer.com), easy order - just start filling your cart online, and fairly reasonable prices (maybe a little higher than shopping yourself, but you can't beat the convenience).

Their delivery dates fill up (already booked a few days in early May), so I'd place order well in advance)

Don't forget you can also pick up the groceries at the BW market, or have BWV deliver. It might be cost effective for you if you're just considering breakfast foods. The grocery list order form is on the member site - if you aren't a member I can email it to you (there are some on other sites but they are not the current list - google boardwalk villa grocery list, use the first result to get an idea, but that's from 07 and the current was updated in January.)

Has anyone ever ordered baby supplies from there? We are going in July and November and my lo will still need formula in July and diapers both times

We use wegoshop.com and loved Marge's service. She really goes the extra mile and I love putting a face with a business, and supporting small family owned business'. Marge and her husband actually delivered the groceries.

I went to Wal-mart(because that is the only grocery store we have in common) and picked out all the items we wanted(brand, size), sent the list to her and she shopped at Wal-mart in Orlando, brought me the receipts and I paid the delivery fee, + the actual cost on the receipts. I liked knowing the actual cost and just pay the shopping/delivery fee.

I think both grocery services are reputable and give good service. We are another family that uses wegoshop.com. I have used them 5 times in the past and will again on our upcoming trip. Marge is great to work with.
I prefer compiling my own list rather than picking off a shopping list. I list everything I want, including sizes. I also prefer paying the actual cost of the grocieries plus the service fee and a tip.
