Greyhound/Peter Pan Bus Question

Do they have bathrooms? I have a 5 hour trip on one next week and I was curious.

I've taken Peter Pan/Greyhound in the past from Boston to NYC and there was always a bathroom on board. Sometimes drivers will stop at a rest area along the way for 10 minutes and those usually include a restroom.
