The peach bellini in Italy looks heavenly and is now on my "must drink" list (which was recently started after reading so many dining reviews!).

The dinner at Tokyo Dining looks really good and I love the idea of watching Illuminations from there, so..........I'm off to check out the menu on All Ears and to then rearrange my itinerary to see if I can make it work.

[size=+1] Hello everyone, thanks so much for all of the lovely comments. The sun has been shining in England today

Our plan for day two of our vacation was to hit Animal Kingdom for rope drop and get to the major attractions before leaving at lunch time for a round of golf.

We were heading back to AK for breakfast at Tusker House later in our vacation so we though it would create a much more relaxed day if we jumped on all the big attractions on one day and the animal exhibits on our Tusker House day

In what was to become our regular start to the day, I grabbed a coffee and a snack at the hotel which I enjoyed sitting by the pool with DH talking about the day ahead

Soon we were jumping in the car and heading to ...................

We watched the opening show are headed straight to Expedition Everest. As always it was great, so we grabbed fast passes for a second ride and continued on our adventure

After working our way through all the major attractions with no lines (including our second visit to Everest) we began to feel hungry. A quick visit to the coffee and pastries booth in Asia delivered exactly what we needed

Blueberry Muffins

These Muffins were really good, very light and fresh. I grabbed a Chai Tea Latte to accompany it and as we were right opposite and a show was about to start, we took a seat at the flights of wonder show and began to eat

Lucky for us non of our flying friends spotted the blueberry treats and we managed to enjoy them all to ourselves

After the show we spent some time with the Photo Pass CMs perfecting our cheesy smiles and headed off for our round of golf

Not to worry, we weren't heading out of Africa just yet ........... tonight we had a real treat in store

Hello there We stayed at the Radisson Resort Celebration, it was actually really nice. I had read awful reviews before we left so I was worried but it turned out to be fine
