what makes you so sure they will release the green teacup?

If they don't the value will actually increase becasue people will want it for that room (if we can get the room)

and if your gut tells you its coming back. trade it! It will fetch a nice price right now @_@

I say... vmk is my escape from reality!! They're right and I agree it's just a game...I do enjoy it and meeting new friends
I like trading and if I want something then I save for it and when i think I have enough to trade..well then i will try for it! I also save my credits... I have about 2 hundred grand for all the new stuff and just bought alot to stock up on things that might be retired. If I want or like the item then I will pay for it...even if it is 30 grand! To me it is just
a game and that's why i play it...for the fun and enjoyment I get from it!

Well maybe I am strange but I do not own one tea cup. Thought they took up way to much room for a seat. Not even sure I would buy the green on if it came back in style. BUt I like the idea of people who can not get to WDW or Disneyland being able to save and buy a quest item. It could be extremely high which would still keep it rare. Heck how many would have bought the stitch hat for 75,000 as many as could afford it. But still it would be rare. Maybe some day they will do that.

I likethe fact they bring things back. Gives everyone a chance. And since I do not seem to own anything truly beta does not affect me. I buy the items I like not to horde for trading for some great item I will never get lol.

And to keep 'on topic' I would like it if they sold (for a premium) the in park quest items. As it stands now, I don't think you can sell the in-park items, so it would be nice if all the items in the game were able to be sold for something. (Case in point the HSM room sells for 0 credits )

I think that if they really need to release beta items then they should name them New example New Green Teacup chair and name your's beta green Teacup chair it would solve everything

I can understand the point of view of those who have rare items, but I also think that releasing items is for the best overall. It benefits many more people by having them re-released. I agree with everything Mal said.

Maybe it is because we don't really trade things. DD and I don't care about whether something is rare or not. We buy things because we like them and we get the items at WDW because we happen to be there. We do live close so we can go often, but we don't go for the specific reason to get VMK items. VMK is a fun game to us and I think if we got bogged down into heavy trading and worrying about the value of items, it would cease to be fun for us.

Hmm interesting! Vmk currently has two identical items in the game with two DIFFERENT titles, so this might work with rereleasing beta also. Anybody curious as to what these items are?

I got a green teacup in a trade deal for inferno over a year ago. It sits in my storage room and doesn't do much. I don't care if they release it or not. I just wish they would release the green and cyan rocket shops for my collection.

Yep. I believe that if a person feels good about having something just because few people have it, then they need to re-evaluate themselves.

But, that's my opinion.

It makes me feel good when I know that everyone has an equal fair opportunity to get items that they want.

If the green tea cup, green flips, Stitch, Inferno, Red Rockers, the Gold Set, (and Flying Carpet Magic, ) were released at the same time for the same price and for the same duration, I would be totally fine. 100%, seriously.

Disney is well known for releasing and re-releasing items to maximize THEIR profit on items. I believe for movies it is every 7 years they release them. Why can’t it be the same in the VMK game? I can think of a lot of things that have no release from beta, I know because I don’t have one. Like everyone else I would like to have at least one of everything. So please VMK bring on the releases.

I can name at least 3 park quest items that have been, or are, available in game right off my head.

Plus, the Red Penny Press was for sale one weekend and was a Thursday quest item once as well.
