Great Wolf Lodge

I know there was some discussion here about the Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City closing due to bankruptcy.Well, they're still open, and will continue to be. I just received a mailing with special offers. It looks like they are starting a dining plan. When we were there in November, we were given free breakfast buffet everyday, and it was great.Maybe they are going to stress using the restaurants to improve finances.

I've heard many references to this place, but I know nothing about it? Where is it (as in, what state)? Is it as it sounds (a lodge) or is there more?

The Great Wolf Lodge is a chain of resort "lodges" that cater to families and have indoor water parks. From what I've heard they're pretty nice. Not every state has them but the one the PP mentioned is in Traverse City , MI I believe. I do know that there's also ones near Colonial Williamsburg VA and in WA.
