I just priced a long weekend in December out of Newark... $95!!!
Oooooo, is that tempting or what!!!

The last thing I needed was another flight in December. I began to think what a great way to try Jet Blue and with such a low price.
Question, are there boarding passes that can be downloaded 24 hours before, like Song?

Well, it was just too good to pass up so we did it! Booked a long weekend in Dec. for DD and myself for $190 round trip Newark-Orlando. That's $50 less than the price of a single ticket before Jet Blue started flying out of EWR.

We're already set to visit the world in January for a week, but we were really dissapointed at not seeing the Christmas decorations ... they are soooooo beautiful and really put us in the holiday spirit.

Don't know how I'll explain it to my friends who already think I'm mouse-happy

We are already going in Dec. and January, when they find out about this extra trip, they will really think we've lost it

YES!! We just booked our 1/28 - 2/4 trip - $80 round trip (plus fees). I am so happy I played the waiting game - DH was starting to think I was crazy!

Wish that jetblue would fly to Orlando out of Dulles, then I would get to try them. I only hear good things about this airline. since we are losing Independence, maybe jetblue could take over the orlando route!! A girl can dream! Right now, we only will have one airline flying non-stop out of Dulles in January (United/Ted). Ugh, makes for higher prices when there is no competition.

For the past few years we've been dragging our behinds into the city because the Newark Orlando fares were so much higher... it was the only way to get any break in the price. UGH!

What a treat it will be to just get on the Parkway and go down a few exits!

I am flying from Newark to Orlando Dec. 8-12 and got $39 each way for a total of $286.20 for the three of us. I originally had $79 each way and called Jet Blue and got a credit of $210, which I will be using in September. I can't believe what a great rate I got for December.

We booked yesterday. I was going to book friday night, but we were holding off to check w/my work (which I know won't be a problem) anyways I went on yesterday to check our options again for flight times and it was 39. each way, instead of 69 and 89...needless to say we booked for 6 of us and hopefully if my brother finds out he and his fiance can go tomorrow, they can still get the same great rate!!

Off to MVMCP!!!!
