Great CM

Hi,
I finally decided to take the plunge and book a cabin at Ft Wildnerness with the great code I got from Mousesavers. I was very nervous about calling Disney as I have never done this before. ( always stayed offsite) But to my surprise I got the greatest CM and she knew exactly what I meant when I told her I wanted a "Room Only". How do I email Disney to comment on the great service I received? I am sure I have seen it here before, but can't remember.

It is always nice to hear when someone gets great service, sometimes we forget to do this, but we never forget to complain - LOL!

Not sure who you should e-mail - but there is a Just Say Thanks board here that some of the CMs checkout - you could post there!
