Great AAA agent?

I remember reading someone posting the name (or at least office) of a great AAA agent. The one close to me is helpful, but doesn't seem to know a lot about WDW workings. Just wondering if anyone has used another agent who might be more knowledgable that you wouldn't mind passing along the name/number/etc.
We are planning a trip in May and would like to take advantage of the MYW dinning option.
Thanks!

At the advice of another disboards member (thanks again, WDWBetsy), I booked our WDW vacation w/ dining option through a AAA agent based in Costa Mesa...her name is Patrice Carosia. Her phone number is 866.907.2272 ext. 6853.

Patrice has been excellent....while she does not provide the service that you can get from DU or Small World, she does seem to know the ins and outs of the new packages. In fact, I am a Disney Visa cardholder and have accumulated a considerable amount of points. I had been told by others that I could not use my reward points toward the deposit and package price. Well, Patrice made it happen....I still don't know if that is an isolated event or not.

Good luck.

Thanks for the info on the person in California! That is not the one that someone had written about (the one I'm thinking of is in North Carolina, I think, but definately a AAA agent) but I'm going to give her a call!
Thanks again for your help

She helped us out quite a bit. I posted about her about two weeks ago, so perhaps that's who you are thinking of...??? Her number is 1-888-203-6348 x4. :cheer2:

I found Patrice after having no luck with local Indianapolis AAA agents. She has been wonderful. Very friendly and professional - both on the phone and in email. Always telling me to let her know if I have questions, etc. I told her that others are having trouble with booking the AAA packages, and so far I've referred several people her way.

My primary reason for booking through AAA was because I wanted to add on the dining to the AAA discounted room portion. Doing so saved me $268 and we'll be able to take advantage of the dining plan.

Hope the info helps others!

Do either of these recommendations have email addresses where we can send an email to contact them? Thanks much! I have been into a local AAA office twice in January and they took my name/number/info and I NEVER heard from anyone there!! NOT HAPPY!

Rarrrington:

I did most of the contact through the national AAA email address travelrequest@national.aaa.com, but I'd just call Rosann (1-888-203-6348 x4)and talk to her. She's responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

Good Luck!

Here's Patrice's e-mail: Carosia.Patrice2@aaa-calif.com

If you can give her as much detail about what you're wanting, she'll send you a quote or can call you. I would recommend asking her to call you - she is very nice. Then you can e-mail with follow-up questions, requests, etc.

Usually when I e-mail her, it takes a day or so to get a reply because the nature of my questions are not urgent. But you can usually get through to her on the phone or leave a voicemail and she'll call you back. Just leave the details of what you're wanting - she can often have you on one line and have her Disney rep on the other to go back and forth with available rooms, etc.

Hope this helps!

I also used an agent in the Costa Mesa office- her name is Marlayne and she is also VERY helpful when my local agent here in Maine was NOT.
