I called Disney and got the papers to take my soon to be ex wife name off the deed, I wanted our lawyer to do it, he said he can't because its from FLorida and we are in PA.

I would like to do this as cheap as possible, we have the form from Disney signed who can I use?

The person at DVC said their title company charges around $400, I don't know why they just can't take her name off if we have their paper signed.

So who can we use and how much will it be?

I think their's is actually $450. You can do it yourself for around $50 one contract. LT transfers will do it for $102 ($95 plus mailing) plus closing, so around $150. Timeshare Transfers is $300 total. JRA is $275 plus recording.

If they are paid off you should have the deed but you can easily print them off the OC website for WDW. Talk to those and see what they'll do for the 2. Frankly, it's pretty easy to do it all yourself. You'll likely need to get the ROFR yourself anyway to go ahead and contact DVC to ask for the info to do the transfer if this wasn't what you got already. Truthfully, the only real sticking point is the deed prep. For what you need, LT transfers is likely to be the best by far.
