GRAND GATHERING ADR's?

I need help. There are 8 in our party so we qualified for a GRAND Gathering .In our group we have to families of 4 each. I was told that I can make my reservations at 190 days, which is coming up.

I am going to be making my reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table. When I call, do I have to make the reservation for all 8 of us? Or can I make 2 seperate reservations? What if I risk one group getting a reservation and the other doesnt

I want each family to get their own picture with Cinderella. With a group of 8 can you get 2 pictures?

Can anyone shed some light as to what I should do.

Make one reservation-you'll be fine! Last year we were a GG as a party of 9 and we were given 3 seperate photo packages at CRT. I know you will get at least 2 seperate photo packages.

Make sure you note that the entire meal is pre-paid, so you will have to pay for everyone you book for.

I found out that they do give you 2 sets of pictures for 8 people. If I prepay, and we need to cancel, Do I get a 100% refund?

You can not make your ADR's 190 days out. You can make your reservations 180 days out and if you are staying onsite, you can book for the next ten days after your check-in. This is what the 180 + 10 refers to. If you need to cancel a meal that you have pre-paid, you do get a full refund, but I'm not sure how far ahead you have to cancel. You may want to check when you make your reservation.

Just a quick question--don't all the Grand Gathering guests have to be staying at a WDW resort??

24 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel more than 24 hours prior you will receive a full refund.
